Important NoticeUnfortunately we cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale, and all sales are final. If you believe we have made an error in filling your prescription, please contact us immediately at hello@startfig.com.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of prescription medications and compounded pharmaceutical products, Fig Health is unable to accept returns for reuse or resale. Once a prescription order has been dispensed and shipped, it cannot be returned.

This policy is in place to protect the safety and integrity of all medications dispensed through our pharmacy network and to comply with applicable state and federal pharmacy regulations.

Prescription Errors

If you believe there has been an error in the filling of your prescription — including receiving the wrong medication, incorrect dosage, or a damaged product — please contact us as soon as possible:

  • Email: hello@startfig.com

We will work with you and our pharmacy partners to investigate and resolve any dispensing errors promptly.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Fig Health is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

Important Safety Information: Common side effects of compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, and constipation. Serious side effects may include inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis), gallbladder problems, increased risk of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), kidney problems, and serious allergic reactions. These medications should not be used if you have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2.

Telehealth Disclosure: Prescription products require an online consultation with a healthcare provider who will determine if a prescription is appropriate. A prescription is not guaranteed. Rx required. Not available in all states. The information provided on this website is for informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

Compounding Disclosure: Compounded products are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide are not the same as, nor substitutes for, FDA-approved semaglutide products (Wegovy®, Ozempic®) or tirzepatide products (Mounjaro®, Zepbound®). Compounded medications are not generic drugs. All medications are compounded by state-licensed, FDA-registered 503A compounding pharmacies; Fig Health does not compound medications.

Prescribing & Shortage Status: Semaglutide and tirzepatide are no longer on the FDA drug shortage list as of early 2025. Compounded GLP-1 medications may still be prescribed when a licensed provider determines, based on an individual patient evaluation, that a compounded product meets the patient’s specific medical needs. Availability of compounded GLP-1 medications is subject to change based on FDA shortage status and applicable law. Individual results may vary.

Jurisdictional Notice: Services provided through Syndicate AI LLC are available only in jurisdictions where our affiliated medical providers are licensed to practice and where our pharmacy partners are authorized to dispense medications. Availability of services may vary by state and is subject to applicable laws, regulations, and licensure requirements. We serve all 50 states.
